Anti-Terrorism Compliance
Federal law (the USA Patriot Act) and the
membership standards of United Way of America
require that we retain on file a statement from
agencies certifying that funds received from and
through United Way of Central and Northeastern
Connecticut are not, and will not knowingly, be used
to support terrorists or terrorist organizations. In
order to receive any such funds, an agency must
complete
the certification process.

Upon receipt of the completed form, any donor
designated gifts to your agency pledged through our
United Way Community Campaign will be disbursed
to your agency as received from the donor and
processed by United Way of Central and Northeastern
Connecticut.
